Job summary

Kids First Services, Inc. is seeking an in-home Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Georgia to work directly with clients in home-based settings.

The role follows treatment plans established by the BCBA Supervisor, develops program materials, and ensures data collection and progress tracking. You will support parent training, participate in training and assessments, and comply with HIPAA and company policies while maintaining ethical standards and professional communication with families

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician; or willing to obtain before start date.
• Data collection and analytical reporting proficiency.
• Ability to travel between client homes.
• Experience with 1:1 client work in home/school settings.
• Experience with children/adults aged 3–18; ABA knowledge preferred.
• Central Reach ABA Software experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in the home-based setting.
• Follow BCBA Supervisor's treatment plans and prepare program materials.
• Maintain communication with BCBA Supervisor on goals and procedures.
• Collect and maintain accurate data using data collection software.
• Review supervision notes and implement recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and Kids First policies; maintain professional conduct.
