Total Care ABA in Folkston, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Georgia. You will deliver one-on-one services, follow BCBA-developed plans, collect data, and help children develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and continuous learning.
