Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBA professionals to support clients in improving social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
