Job summary

Total Care ABA in Statesboro, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in‑home, in‑school, and community settings across Georgia. You’ll work one‑on‑one to help kids develop essential skills under BCBA supervision with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
