Achievements ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision. You will support children with autism by implementing ABA strategies and recording progress.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress notes, and collaboration with behavior analysts to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
