Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Georgia. You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 services and helping children reach meaningful goals in homes and schools.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
