Job summary

Total Care ABA in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings. You will deliver ABA therapy, implement plans, and collect data to support progress across Georgia.

Role requires current RBT certification, BACB registration, and a High School Diploma or GED. Flexible schedules and ongoing professional development are offered to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and continued learning.
