Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is hiring a PRN AL Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and nutrition. You will work closely with a compassionate team to maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in a warm, hospitality-driven environment.

Open availability with hourly wages of $18–$19, with full-time benefits and ongoing coaching through mentor and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ with proper work permit and authorization.
• Nurse Aide certification preferred and current first aid certification.
• Must be able to read and speak English and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is provided.
• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and transfers.
• Provide meal assistance, serving, and tray delivery; support mealtime routines.
• Transport residents safely to meals, activities, and other events.
• Chart and document information and report any change to a supervisor.
