MBK Senior Living is seeking dedicated caregivers to support residents in daily living activities, including bathing, grooming and meals. The role offers PRN/part-time flexibility with mornings/evenings, and a pay range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

The team emphasizes respect, safety, and high-quality care within a supportive environment. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and a willingness to learn policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over with the proper work permit and work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Nurses Aid certification preferred
• Current first aid certification
• Background clearances as required by regulations
• Must read and speak English
• Ability to follow oral and written directions
• Ability to interact with people of different ages and backgrounds

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care
• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Provide mealtime assistance with meals, serving and clearing trays
• Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques
• Conduct regular safety checks on residents
• Encourage participation in daily activities and life enrichment
• Document information and report changes to a supervisor
• Respond to resident alerts and emergencies; participate in drills
• Maintain resident safety and comfort at all times
