Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. This role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and excellent service in a hospitality-driven environment.

You will follow care plans, monitor resident well-being, and participate in activities that enrich residents’ lives while maintaining dignity and privacy. Training is provided; state regulations must be observed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Nurses Aid certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and push 150 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene.
• Provide transportation to meals and activities and assist with mobility.
• Maintain resident dignity and deliver high-quality care and customer service.
• Follow care plans and document resident information accurately.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and communicate any changes to a supervisor.
