ComForCare Home Care – Danbury is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help seniors and adults stay independent at home in Woodbury, CT and nearby communities. No caregiving experience is required; training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; willingness to learn.
• We welcome Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 25–50 lbs and assisting with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients transfer and ambulate safely.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry.
• Give medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and conversation.
• Transport to appointments and errands when applicable.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.
