Job summary

ComForCare Home Care – Danbury is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support seniors in Ridgefield, CT and nearby communities. No caregiving experience is required; we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

If you have a caring heart and a desire to help others stay safe and independent at home, we want to hear from you. As a PCA you will perform non-medical home care tasks, build relationships with clients, and contribute to compassionate, professional in-home care.

Qualifications

• No caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Welcomes HHA, CNA, or PCA backgrounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and strong communication.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients transfer and ambulate safely.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Transport to appointments and errands.
• Monitor well-being and report changes to the care team.
