The PCT will sanitize rooms, monitor health status, assist with feeding and grooming, and help maintain patient comfort and safety in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Ideal candidates will have nursing aide training or equivalent certification, with experience in acute care or home health environments viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing aide training program or STNA/CNA with required certifications.
• Basic nursing skills and patient care experience preferred.
• Background in healthcare settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including comfort, vitals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Act as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes.
• Deliver high-level customer service to patients and families.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Participate in patient hand-offs and shift reports.
• Assist with delegated tasks after competency is validated.
• Support independence and personalize care according to patient needs.
