Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship in clients' homes. You will help with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and daily activities while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of personal care experience, TB testing, and reliable transportation. Join a growing agency focused on meaningful work and community support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Experience as a caregiver, PCA, HHA or similar role is a plus.
• Proof of TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform essential duties.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and home safety.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands.
