Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is actively hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. The role focuses on one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes, helping valued seniors and adults with disabilities maintain dignity and independence.

Weekly pay and direct deposit highlight our immediacy and reliability. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of related care experience, a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver/PCA, provide one-on-one non-medical personal care and companionship according to the care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders per the client's plan and offer transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Develop a respectful, supportive relationship while promoting independence and dignity.
