Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. We provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.

As a Caregiver/PCA, you will follow each client’s care plan, assist with ADLs, and support dignity and independence. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and referral bonuses to valued team members.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, ADLs, and mobility as per care plan.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry; maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and requirements.
• Offer companionship and support to promote independence and social engagement.
