Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one non-medical care and daily living support in clients' homes. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, mobility, and companionship, while maintaining clients’ dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, caring, and able to follow care plans, with current TB testing and a valid driver’s license if transporting clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of personal care experience preferred.
• Previous work as a caregiver/PCA/HHA or similar is a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs.
• Provide meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and daily routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support; encourage independence.
