Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Hershey, PA is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality daily living support, assist residents with activities, respond to needs, and maintain confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved personal care aide program, good verbal and written communication, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. We offer a 401k, benefits packages, career development, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved Personal Care Aide program as applicable by state regulations.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with resident transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Plan and participate in activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
