Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is hiring a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Hershey, PA. You will assist with daily living activities, support residents' health and safety, and help provide a compassionate, structured environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved PCA program, and strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification is required or available within 60 days of hire. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and courtyard/meal assistance as needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies; report status to appropriate staff.
• Document resident status and care needs accurately and timely.
• Support in activity planning and resident engagement.
