This role emphasizes accurate data entry, excellent service, and collaboration across physician practices, with potential coverage at other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and community with respectful communication and strong customer service.
• Schedule patients, enter information accurately into the computer system, and assist with scheduling and referrals.
• Process patient admissions paperwork and basic insurance verification; correct registration errors as needed.
• Collect and reconcile patient payments and manage the cash drawer at day end.
