Qualifications

• Must hold a Medical Assisting certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, etc.) per licensure/certification section.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained at hire depending on location.
• One year medical assistant experience preferred, clerical experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain professional, respectful service.
• Prepare and review patient charts, verify test results and medical records.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, respiration, BP, weight, height).
• Handle clerical duties: inventory, track referrals, answer phones.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and assist with other duties as assigned.
