Prevea Health in Appleton, WI, is hiring a part-time Patient Service Representative (PSR) for Grand Chute & Appleton locations. You will welcome, register, and schedule patients, acting as a liaison between patients and medical staff. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and accurate data entry.

Hours are 24 per week on weekdays with rotating locations; prior customer service or healthcare experience is preferred. High school diploma required; EHR/insurance knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with insurance/billing processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
• Obtain demographic and insurance information.
• Route inquiries and messages to appropriate staff.
• Assist with financial questions and collect payments.
• Maintain patient records and processing in MyPrevea.
• Provide accurate daily deposits.
