Job summary

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Register patients by collecting and verifying insurance information and demographics.
• Accept payments and post charges according to guidelines.
• Prepare daily payment reports and reconcile cash drawer.
• Provide information on practice services and hours of operation.
