Responsibilities

• Manage patient information: record and update demographics, insurance, and medical histories.
• Check in and check out of patients.
• Coordinate appointments: schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Handle billing and collections: post charges, process co-pays, manage collections.
• Support administrative functions: cross-train in various roles.
• Deliver compassionate service to patients, families, and team members.
