Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors; check-in patients for scheduled appointments; collect co-pays and patient balances daily.
• Maintain patient sign-in sheet and appointment list; ensure all patients are checked in and accounted for.
• Verify and input patient demographics, insurance information, and referrals into the system.
• Balance payments and deposits at end of day; process deposits per policy.
• Assist with coverage of related billing and administrative duties as needed.
