Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect required data and payments.
• Scan IDs and insurance cards and obtain signatures.
• Schedule appointments with correct physician.
• Arrange authorizations or interpreters as needed.
• Monitor waiting room and inform patients of delays.
• Complete daily paperwork and maintain privacy notices.
