AtlantiCare is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support the care team by assisting patients with personal care, documenting observations, and participating in the plan of care. The role may include limited laboratory tasks and specimen collection as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS include a high school diploma, BLS certification within 30 days, and CPI training by 1 year. English proficiency and team-oriented skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Education: High School degree or equivalent required.
• Certification: American Heart Association BLS within 30 days.
• CPI training within 1 year, or by 10/31/25 for existing staff.
• English language (spoken and written) required; bilingual preferred.
• At least 8 weeks of Patient Care education or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with personal care needs and participate in care plan.
• Communicate observations to the Clinical Associate and document care.
• Collect specimens as directed and perform basic lab procedures as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and support the care team in daily duties.
