Job summary

Qualifications

• English communication skills required, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls within 10 minutes and assist nursing staff.
• Maintain patient rooms, assist with hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Document care provided, including vital signs, intake/output, and interventions.
• Communicate plan of care and collaborate with RN.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of patient-care equipment.
• Follow unit policies and keep the unit ready for surveys.
