Qualifications

• Req High School or equivalent.
• Pref 1 year Experience in a health care setting.
• Req Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Takes vitals, daily weight, I&O, hygiene and ambulation.
• Maintains clean patient rooms and assists with meals.
• Prioritizes patient needs and communicates with RN/Charge Nurse.
• Documents care provided, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and reports significant changes.
