Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient calls within 10 minutes.
• Assist with patient care tasks as directed by RN.
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms; assist with meals and mobility.
• Document all care provided and vitals accurately.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of patient-care equipment.
• Communicate care plan with RN and patient/family as appropriate.
