Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient calls within 10 minutes and supports RN with patient care.
• Performs vital signs, daily weights, I&O, and assists with meals and mobility.
• Maintains clean clinical areas, documents care, and communicates patient needs to the care team.
