Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of one of: CNA/MA/PCT program or Fundamentals of Nursing program or HMH PCT Apprenticeship or equivalent medical background.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs; strong accountability; emphasis on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age and service, ensuring safety and quality.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare team about status and care.
• Show initiative to improve job performance and opportunities.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning from admission to discharge.
• Participate in Unit/Department PI activities.
