Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of one qualifying patient care program or equivalent experience.
• Candidate may be enrolled in HMH PCT Apprenticeship for progression.
• Phlebotomy, EKG and vital signs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age and criteria.
• Ensure safe outcomes through judgment and action.
• Communicate with patients and care team about status.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning from admission to discharge.
• Engage in Unit/Department PI activities.
• Support ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
