Job summary

Required: High School diploma or GED and completion of a CNA/MA/PCT program or eligible for the HMH PCT Apprenticeship; AHA BLS certification within 60 days; comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of one of: CNA/MA/PCT program, Fundamentals of Nursing, or HMH PCT Apprenticeship.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Excellent teamwork and accountability for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age-appropriate criteria and safety.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and care team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning from admission to discharge.
• Support continuous improvement and PI activities.
• Respond proactively to evolving patient needs.
