Responsibilities

• Performs basic hygiene care and unsterile treatments under RN direction.
• Takes vital signs and range of motion exercises as part of patient care.
• Assists with ambulation, feeding, and daily activities.
• Maintains patient communications and preserves confidentiality and rights.
• Notates and records patient activities per unit standards.
• Ensures sanitation, infection control, and equipment safety.
