Responsibilities

• Performs basic hygiene care and other essential patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Answers patient needs and communicates with patients, families, and staff.
• Monitors patient condition and notifies nurses as needed.
• Document care activities, vital signs, and patient outcomes.
• Maintain sanitation, infection control, and safety in patient areas.
• Escort patients and support translation services when applicable.
• Suggests improvements to processes to enhance care and efficiency.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and guidelines.
