Responsibilities

• Provides basic hygiene care and unsterile treatments under RN direction.
• Takes vital signs; assists with mobility and feeding.
• Acts as patient advocate and protects confidentiality.
• Documents activities and vital signs accurately.
• Monitors patient status and alerts nursing staff to changes.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper equipment usage; transports patients as needed.
• Suggests improvements to care processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
