Responsibilities

• Register patients presenting for visits and explain the registration process.
• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and balances; safeguard cash and reconcile drawer.
• Complete Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaires and verify insurance coverage in real time.
• Coordinate scheduling using MyChart and other sources; ensure accurate patient information.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of patient information.
