Planned Parenthood South Atlantic is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and explain services and pricing. You will handle high call volumes with care, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the insurance team to support patients throughout their visit.

This role begins on-site for training with potential for hybrid work after a three‑month period, depending on performance and department needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately into computer systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patients.

Responsabilidades

• Answer a high volume of patient calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information into Epic accurately.
• Provide information about PPSAT hours, services, and locations.
• Explain insurance options, pricing, and GFEs to patients.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the insurance team and care providers as needed.
