Planned Parenthood Keystone is seeking a Full-time (35 hours/week), non-exempt Patient Access Representative to answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and explain available healthcare services, including abortion services.

Key duties include patient registration, demographic collection, insurance eligibility checks, prior authorizations where needed, and routing calls to the appropriate healthcare professionals while maintaining strict confidentiality.

• Screen financial status and confirm fee information.
• Provide information about PPKeystone services and pre-appointment details.
• Keep patient records updated and handle records requests.
• Respond to emergencies per established procedures.
• Support training and team meetings as needed.
