• High School Diploma Or GED preferred.
• 1 year 1-3 years experience in a Customer Service field.
• 2 years experience in a Clinical/Medical office setting.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-register/Register patients for scheduled/unscheduled services in hospital areas.
• Interview patients to obtain demographic/insurance information and verify on file.
• Obtain copies of identification and insurance cards.
• Document information in the registration system per standards.
• Ensure compliant consent forms and HIPAA privacy compliance.
• Deliver superior customer service and professional conduct to patients and staff.
• Greet and direct patients/visitors to appropriate locations.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain pre-certification and benefits details.
• Schedule walk-in appointments where applicable.
