Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Short Stay Unit on a full-time 7a–7p schedule in Elizabethtown. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide age-appropriate patient care and document admissions data.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, turning patients every two hours, assisting with personal hygiene, and supporting activity and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort for patients.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• CNA preferred.
• Six months experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist in age-appropriate patient care under RN supervision.
• Document height and weight on admission.
• Turn and position patients every 2 hours.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Perform hourly rounds for patient safety and comfort.
