Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs in a timely manner.
• Turn and position patients every 2 hours and promote patient safety.
• Provide age-appropriate care under RN supervision.
• Complete hourly rounds to ensure safety and comfort.
