Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY invites applications for an Nursing Assistant Weekend Program in the Short Stay Unit. This part-time role runs 7p–7a with an additional 15% shift differential and 25% weekend differential, supporting age-appropriate patient care under RN supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, BLS within 90 days, and CNAs are preferred. Previous hospital or long-term care experience is a plus; benefits include tuition assistance, PTO, and family-leave

• Six months of hospital or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and document height and weight on admission.
• Turn and position patients every 2 hours using proper body mechanics.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ambulation as ordered.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene including bathing, showering, shaving, oral care, and special care as needed.
• Take and record vital signs accurately within the required time frame.
• Perform hourly rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
