Job summary

PACS in the United States is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with assessment plans and supervisor direction.

You will identify residents, assist with meals and personal care, document observations, report changes promptly, and maintain a warm, safe environment across shifts, while protecting resident privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use wristband/photo card to identify residents before administering treatments or services.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, or charts in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information including protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care.
• Check residents routinely to ensure care needs are met and reported.
• Assist with meals, mobility, transfers, and positioning as trained.
• Document data and report incidents or injuries as instructed.
• Follow established policies and procedures and cooperate with staff to maintain nursing services.

Education

10th grade education

Certified Nursing Assistant license (state)

CPR certification preferred
