Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Clackamas in Gladstone, OR is seeking a Nursing Assistant-Unlicensed to provide routine daily care under licensed nurses' supervision for residents, per care plans, for up to 120 days after completing the Nursing Assistant program.

You will assist with personal care, review care plans, communicate changes to the nursing team, and help residents participate in activities, creating a warm, calm environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Nursing Assistant Program in the state of employment.
• Must maintain and have active CPR/BLS during employment.
• Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Check residents' personal care needs and ensure fulfillment of their wishes.
• Review and update care plans daily based on residents' needs.
• Inform the nurse supervisor of changes so care plans can be updated.
