Avamere Rehab of Lebanon is hiring a Nursing Assistant-Unlicensed to provide routine daily nursing care under licensed nurses Jesus, and support residents’ activities and needs. This full-time role covers days, evenings, and nights at the Lebanon, OR facility.

The position requires graduation from a Nursing Assistant program, active CPR/BLS, and a passion for improving residents’ quality of life. PRN shifts available across all schedules.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required and active during employment.
• Graduated from a Nursing Assistant Program in the state where the position is located.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services.
• Review and adjust care plans in coordination with licensed nurses.
• Communicate resident information to charge nurses, DON, and administrator.
