Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene is hiring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans in a skilled nursing setting. The role includes assisting with daily activities, reviewing care plans, and maintaining a warm, respectful environment for residents at 2360 Chambers St, Eugene, OR.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
• Must maintain and have an active CPR/BLS during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Review care plans daily to identify changes and update accordingly.
• Inform nurse supervisor of changes in resident condition for updating plans.
• Assist residents with daily needs and mobility, including transportation to appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, and cheerful environment for residents.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents feel comfortable.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
• Communicate resident information to charge nurses, DON, or administrator.
