Job summary

Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care per resident plans. You will support residents with personal care, activities, and transportation to appointments, while maintaining a warm and respectful environment.

Shifts include Evening (2p-10p) and Night (10p-6a) with options for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN; location is Eugene, OR. CPR/BLS required, and a valid Oregon CNA license is necessary to join the team.

Qualifications

• CNA license in the state of Oregon.
• CPR/BLS certification required or active during employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Review and adjust care plans with nurses.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Transport residents to activities and appointments.
• Maintain a warm, patient, and cheerful environment for residents.
• Ensure rooms are clean and ready for new residents.
