Responsibilities
- Check residents' personal care needs and ensure they are met according to their wishes.
- Review and update care plans daily; communicate changes to the nurse supervisor.
- Assist residents with daily activities and transport to appointments.
- Create a warm, patient, and cheerful environment for residents.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and residents feel comfortable.
- Participate in facility surveys and communicate resident information to nurses and administrators.
